Tab Exim Private Limited is located at E92, West Street in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with the coast being so close. We spend most of our time in this office dealing with all the paperwork that comes with export and import work. It isn’t a fancy place by any means. There’s usually a bit of dust on the windows from the street traffic outside. We have a couple of old desks and chairs that have been with us since we started. Some days are just about sitting on the phone and trying to find out where a container has ended up. It can be frustrating when things get delayed, but that is just how this business goes. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how to get things done. Chennai traffic is always a topic of conversation in the mornings because it takes forever to get to the office sometimes. We just focus on the logistics and making sure the files are in order. It’s a lot of routine stuff like checking inventories and talking to transporters. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors are used to seeing us around. We don't have any big signs or anything. If you’re looking for us, we’re just another building on West Street. It’s simple and it works for what we need to do every day.
