Our office is over in T. Nagar on North Usman Road, specifically in the Parathasarathy Puram Extension. The numbering changed from 12 to 24, so we usually have to explain that to people coming over. T. Nagar is always buzzing, so there’s never a quiet moment outside our door. We deal with various types of equipment and systems. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking inventory to make sure everything is where it should be. The office isn't anything special to look at—just desks, some filing cabinets, and some of the smaller gear we keep on hand. We spend most of the day on the phone or checking lists. It’s the kind of business where being precise matters more than being flashy. We have people coming in and out all day, some looking for parts and others just asking questions about how things fit together. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but sometimes the deliveries get stuck in that North Usman Road traffic. It’s just part of being in this part of town. We’ve been here for a good while, and we know the rhythms of the neighborhood. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We don’t bother with much else besides getting the equipment handled right. The phone rings a lot, and we just answer it and do the work.
