We've been here at No. 42 Mambalam High Road in T. Nagar for quite a while now. Most people know the area is always crowded with traffic and shoppers, and our spot is right in the middle of that noise. It isn't a fancy setup or anything. The building has some age to it, and the stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We spend most of our mornings just getting things ready and moving boxes around. Usually, there are three of us here during the day, making sure things get done. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find us because they were walking by or someone they know told them where we are. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. If you come by, you'll probably see us sitting near the front desk or checking the stock in the back. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started, with new shops opening up and old ones closing down, but we just keep doing our work every day. It’s a simple routine we’ve got going here. Nothing too complicated or stressful. We just try to keep things organized so when someone asks for something, we actually know where it is. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance for a few minutes, but that’s just how things go on Mambalam High Road.
