Systematic Conscom Ltd is located at 203/A Karadikkal in Madurai. Being down here in Tamil Nadu, we deal with a lot of heat, but we are used to it by now. Our office is a simple place where we manage our daily tasks. We’ve been part of the community here for some time. Most of what we do is centered around local projects and making sure things get built the way they were planned. It’s not a fast-paced corporate life. We take our time to make sure things are done right. A few of us work here together, and we’ve known each other for years. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly find out about us by word of mouth or by seeing our signs at a site. We spend a lot of time traveling around the Madurai area to check on progress. It’s a lot of walking, talking to laborers, and checking measurements. Sometimes things go wrong, like the rain coming at the wrong time, but we just deal with it. We like the work because it’s practical. At the end of the day, you can actually see what you have made. It’s a good feeling to see a project finished. We just keep things moving along and don't make more of it than it is. It’s just a regular local business doing its part.
