We work with machines and control systems that help with how factories run. It is a lot of technical work involving sensors, controllers, and a whole mess of wiring. Chennai gets incredibly hot, so our office is usually humming with the sound of the AC trying to keep the equipment cool. We spend a lot of time on-site at different plants, but this is where we do all our planning and testing. Our team is a mix of people who really enjoy seeing a machine come to life once the programming is finished. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we spend hours trying to figure out why a single motor isn't turning right. We don't have any flashy slogans or big mission statements on the walls. We just have a lot of tools and testing boards scattered around. Most of us have been in the automation field for a long time, so we’ve seen how much things have changed. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast.
