Our address is New No 79, though you’ll find that a lot of the older signs and maps still call it Old No 38. We are situated right near the Double Water Tank in Ashok Nagar, over on 7th Avenue. It’s a local landmark that everyone knows, so it makes giving directions to delivery drivers a whole lot easier. Swasthi Auto Vends is a pretty small operation overall. We spend most of our daylight hours dealing with the machines and making sure they’re actually working like they should. Our office has a few old chairs and a wooden table that has seen better days. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. It’s really just about getting the daily tasks done and then heading home. The area gets a lot of heavy traffic during the day, so it can be pretty noisy with all the horns and people shouting on the street. We’ve got a small team here. Sometimes we might forget to answer the phone right away if we’re busy in the back room. That’s just how it goes when you’re a small company without a lot of extra hands. We don’t have any big corporate goals or things like that. We just want to make sure the units are stocked and the auto parts are moving. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit near the front door during the monsoon, but we put a bucket there and keep going.
