Swallowbird Exim Private Limited

We are based out of Flat No 1 in Block No. 8 of the TNHB Flats in Athipet. It’s on the first floor, right along Vanagaram Road here in Chennai. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. Swallowbird Exim Private Limited started here because it was convenient for us. Living and working in the same vicinity has its ups and downs, especially with the Chennai traffic on the main road. Most days, we are busy sorting through shipping manifests or calling up transport companies to see why a truck is late. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The office is small and filled with folders and stacks of paper. We do our best to keep everything organized, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We handle various goods for export and import, mostly focusing on getting things from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is common around here, and we just have to wait it out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. It’s a simple life at the TNHB flats. We know the neighbors and they know what we do. It's a quiet way to run a business from home.
