We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time now. Most of our day is spent moving boxes of surgical supplies and dealing with local hospitals or clinics. It is not exactly a high-tech office with fancy furniture. We mostly have old desks and a lot of shelving for all the stock. It gets a bit dusty sometimes, but that’s just how it is in Choolai. We have a small group of people working here who have mostly been together for years. We know each other's coffee orders by heart. There is no big corporate strategy here, honestly. We just wake up, come to the office, and try to get the right items to the right people without making too many errors. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the street and the neighbors get a bit annoyed, so we have to hurry up. It is a very practical way of living. We don't really spend money on big ads or marketing people. If you need something, you just walk in or give us a call. We are just regular people making a living in the medical trade. It is hard work but it feels good to be part of the neighborhood for so long.
