We spend most of our time here at 125 Royapettah High Road. It's a busy spot in Mylapore. We handle stuff going out to other places. It started small. Mostly, we just keep track of shipments and make sure things get where they're supposed to go. Some days are more hectic than others. The traffic outside on High Road is usually pretty loud, but we’re used to it by now. People come in and out, asking about schedules or paperwork. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of lists. It takes a while to get the hang of international rules, but after a few years, it becomes routine. We try to stay organized. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and we have to spend the afternoon on the phone. That’s just how this business is. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops open, others close. But we're still here doing our thing. It isn't glamorous work, really. It’s a lot of checking boxes and making sure weights are right. We grab tea from the stall around the corner when things get too stressful. It helps us get through the afternoon slump. We just focus on getting the crates moved and keeping the logs updated every day. It works for us.
