Our office is tucked away on Kutty Street in Nungambakkam, right at No 6/3. Suntech Fibre has been operating out of this neighborhood for a while, and we have grown used to the pace of things around here. Working with fibre materials involves a lot of technical details that we have to deal with every morning. It is not always the quietest job, but we enjoy the process of getting things sorted out. The building we are in is a bit older, but it serves us well for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through stacks of papers to make sure everything is moving along. Nungambakkam is a busy hub, so there is always noise coming in from the street, but once you step inside, we are usually just focused on whatever project is on the desk. We are a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything during the day. There is not a lot of fancy hierarchy here; we just talk to each other and get the work finished. Sometimes we run into delays with supplies or shipping, but we just handle it as it comes. We are not a massive corporation with a glass skyscraper, just a local company doing our bit in a quiet corner of the city.
