Sunshine Manufacturers & Exporters is out on the Bangalore Highway at No. 479 in Nazarethpet. Being near Poonamallee is handy because the big trucks can get to us without too much trouble. We do a mix of making things and then sending them off to other places. The workshop is usually louder than the office area because of the machines running. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of workers. We’re a smaller crew that knows how to handle the equipment and get the packing done. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs doing next. The office side is just where we handle the export documents and take calls from customers. It’s a practical setup right on the highway. We don't have a showroom or anything fancy like that. If you come by, you'll see raw materials coming in and finished goods going out. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of numbers. We try to stay organized, even when things get busy during the peak seasons. We just want to do a decent job and keep the business running smoothly. It's a simple operation, really, and we like it that way. No big corporate meetings here, just work and a bit of rest when we can get it.
