Sunrise Freight Forwarders Pvt Ltd

Our office is based in Chennai, over in Chrompet. We are in Sabari Apartments, room 156 D, on the 5th Main Road in Nagappa Nagar. It is a nice enough place to work, though it gets a bit loud when the traffic picks up. We call ourselves Sunrise Freight Forwarders Pvt Ltd, but we don't act like a big corporation. It's just a few of us sitting in an apartment-turned-office. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at computer screens to track cargo. Freight forwarding is a lot of paperwork and waiting for things to happen at the port. Sometimes the trucks are late or the customs takes too long, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We don't have any fancy brochures or big marketing plans. Most of our work comes from people we've known for a long time. The office gets a bit cluttered with files and tea cups, but that's how we like it. Chennai is a big, busy city, and being in Chrompet feels a bit more like a community. We try to be honest about how long things will take. We don't like to overcomplicate things with big words. We just move stuff from one place to another and make sure the papers are signed. It's not a very exciting job, but it is what we do for a living. We've been here for a while and plan to stay for many more.
