Our office is on the first floor over at No.227 Kutchery Road. Mylapore is a busy place, so there’s always noise coming up from the street. We work on ventilation systems here. It’s about moving air around so buildings don’t get too hot or stale. We’ve got a small team and we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or talking about fan sizes. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, but we’ve managed for a long time. It’s mostly paperwork and planning here, though we do get out to sites often. Kutchery Road has a lot going on, so parking is always a bit of a headache for anyone visiting. We don't have those big glass walls like the newer companies. Just a normal workspace with desks and some sample vents lying around. Sometimes the fans we test make a bit of a racket. It’s honest work. Most days are spent trying to figure out the best way to get air flowing through a warehouse or a factory. We drink a lot of tea while we look at drawings. It isn't a glamorous job, but air circulation matters more than people think. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. If you’re walking past the shops on Kutchery Road, just look for the sign for number 227. We’ll probably be inside working on the next project.
