If you look for us in Anna Nagar, we are right across from Nalli Silks on 2nd Avenue. It’s a very busy part of the city and finding parking can be a real headache some days. We’ve been here at W9 F6 for a while now, dealing with all sorts of eye issues. Dr. Ramesh Dorairajan is usually busy with the laser equipment or checking prescriptions while the rest of us handle the front desk and the patient files. The waiting area is often full because people come from quite far away to get their eyes looked at. We have a lot of machines for the laser work and they take up a lot of room, so the clinic feels a bit tight sometimes. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to sit there for hours, but eye exams take the time they take. You can hear the noise from 2nd Main Road all day long, especially the horns. Most of our furniture is simple and functional because we care more about the medical stuff than looking like a hotel lobby. We go through a lot of paper and coffee every week just staying on top of the appointments. It’s a focused environment where everyone knows their job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words, we just want to make sure people can see better when they leave our doors. It’s just regular work that needs to be done right.
