Sun Light & Company

We are situated at number 87, Anna Salai, right on Mount Road. Being in this part of town means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. Sun Light & Company has been in this building for quite some time now. It is an old structure with high ceilings and those big windows that let in a lot of dust from the street. We keep our stock piled up in the back rooms. The front area is where we usually stand around talking to people who drop in. It is quite a busy stretch of road, so there is never a dull moment. We have some old wooden counters that have been here since the beginning. They are a bit scratched up and the wood is fading, but they do the job. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything. The focus is just on the supplies and getting orders filled. Sometimes the traffic is so bad that deliveries take a bit longer than we want, but that is just life on Anna Salai. We know the tea seller down the street and the other shop owners nearby. It feels like a small community even though it is a major road. We keep the lights on and the doors open throughout the day. It is a straightforward business and we just take things as they come. No big fuss about it.
