Sugirtham Exports

You can find Sugirtham Exports at Shrishti, number 136 in V. G. P. Nagar. We are based in Mogappair, which is a part of town that has grown a lot lately. Our office is a simple setup, nothing like those big glass buildings you see downtown. We handle exports, so there’s always a lot of back-and-forth with different agencies and shipping lines. The space is mostly filled with computers and files, and maybe a few samples of what we are moving that week. We don’t really go for fancy marketing or polished speeches. We just tell our customers what we can do and then we try to make it happen. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the routine inside out. Sometimes things get stressful when a vessel is delayed or the paperwork gets stuck, but we just work through it together. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Mogappair is a nice area to be in because it feels more like a community. We see the same faces every morning when we go for tea. We just keep our focus on the daily grind of exporting and try to keep things organized. It’s a basic business model, but it’s what we know how to do well. We just keep moving forward, one shipment at a time.
