We are located right on South Sivan Koil Street in Vadapalani. It is a ground floor spot at number 45, which makes it easy when people come by with deliveries. Most days here start early because the street gets busy once the temple nearby opens up. Subramaniyar Impex And Industries Private Limited isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just an office where we keep track of industrial supplies and get them ready for shipping out. Usually, there are a few of us sitting here dealing with the phones and checking the stock lists on the computer. The fans stay on all day because the Vadapalani heat doesn't really let up. We handle a lot of different items for various industries, and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud you can’t hear the person on the other end of the line. We have been in this part of Chennai for a while now. Most of our neighbors know us. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend much time on decorations; the shelves are mostly full of files and samples. You might see some boxes piled up near the entrance if a shipment just arrived. We just try to get the orders sorted and sent to the right place. It's regular work, nothing too complicated, just staying on top of the logistics every single day. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually go when we need a quick break.
