Subash Architects

Subash Architects is located at No 3, Venkatesan Nagar 3rd Street. We are right near the Madhavaram Telephone Exchange in Perambur. It’s a convenient spot, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. The office is just a regular room with a couple of computers and a large table for spreading out maps and plans. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When people come by, they usually just pull up a chair and we talk about their building ideas. We do all sorts of work, from simple house repairs to planning out new apartments. It’s mostly just us trying to make sure the spaces are functional. We don't go in for big, flashy designs that don't make sense for the weather here. We know Perambur well, so we understand the local streets and how things get built around here. Sometimes the street gets a bit flooded when it rains, but we still make it into the office. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. You just talk to us, and we get the drawings done. We use simple English and don't try to confuse anyone with technical terms they don't need. It’s a straightforward business, and we like it that way. If you’re near the telephone exchange, we are just a short walk away. Just a local crew doing our thing every day.
