Studio 19 Conceptz Pvt Ltd

We are located in the Srinivasa Apartments in Anna Nagar East. Our office is Flat No 5 on the second floor of I Block. It is right behind the Spencer's Daily on 1st Main Road, which makes it easy to find. Studio 19 Conceptz Pvt Ltd isn't some huge corporate firm with a glass front. It’s just a flat that we converted into a design studio. We have our drafting tables and some computers set up in the different rooms. It’s usually pretty quiet here, except for when the delivery bikes go past. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we need a break from the screens. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a layout. We keep things very informal and simple. The apartment building is old, and the lift is a bit moody sometimes, so we often just take the stairs. It’s a practical place to work. We aren't interested in sounding like a big company. We just enjoy the design work and the neighborhood. Anna Nagar has changed a lot, but this little corner stays mostly the same. It’s a good spot for us to just exist and do our jobs every day.
