Working out of the SPIC Building Compound has its ups and downs, mostly because the traffic on Anna Salai is always a mess. We are up on the 3rd floor of Polyhose Towers, specifically in Office-C of the Western Wing. STANLEY ELECTRIC SALES OF INDIA PVT LTD is basically where we handle the sales side of the electric business. It's a typical office setup in Guindy. You have to take the lift up, and sometimes it takes forever if the other floors are busy. The view isn't much, just more buildings and the road below. We spend a lot of time on phones and computers here. It’s not like a factory floor; it’s more about the paperwork and keeping track of where the electric components are going. Being in Guindy is helpful because we are central, even if the parking is a bit of a headache for everyone. We have a small team in the office. Most mornings start with checking the logs and seeing what needs to be shipped out or billed. We aren't doing anything flashy. Just the regular grind of an industrial sales office. The building is quite old now, but it's sturdy. Most people know the Polyhose name around here, so it’s easy to find if you’re looking for us. We just keep our heads down and get the day's work finished before the evening rush starts.
