Srivari Prints

Srivari Prints is on Thangal Karai Street, right at No. 17 in MGR Nagar. We are based in the Chittlapakkam area. It is a local neighborhood where everyone kind of knows each other's business. Our shop is usually filled with the smell of fresh ink and the steady sound of the printers running in the back. We have a couple of machines that take up most of our floor room. It is not a huge place, but we manage to fit all our supplies in. We spend our days loading stacks of paper and checking that the colors look right. Sometimes the machines get a bit moody and we have to spend an hour or two fixing a paper jam or cleaning the heads. That is just part of the daily job for us. We have stacks of paper and finished boxes almost everywhere you look. People from around the corner come in for small printing jobs, and we also do some larger stuff for the local shops in the market. We do not have a big fancy storefront with lights. It is just a door and a window where you can see us working. We usually have the radio playing some music in the background. It keeps us going when there is a lot of work to finish. We have been in this same spot for a few years now. The landlord is a nice person.
