Srinivasa Shipping Property Development Ltd

Our office is located at Number 1 in Krishna Nagar, right on Periyar Salai. This is in the Manapakkam area of Chennai. Srinivasa Shipping Property Development Ltd is a place where we handle two very different types of work. We have people looking into shipping logistics and others focused on property stuff. It makes for an interesting mix of conversations around the water cooler. The office itself is in a decent spot, and we like being in this part of Chennai. It’s a bit away from the main city chaos, but still busy enough. We have maps on the walls and plenty of files stacked up on the tables. It’s a working office, so it’s never perfectly tidy. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. People come by to talk about land or ask about moving goods. We don't have a fancy receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s a relaxed environment, though we do stay busy with all the different projects. We’ve been here at this address for a good while and have seen Manapakkam grow around us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it seems to work out for us. We just do our best to keep all the different files organized.
