Sri Venkateswaras Exim

Sri Venkateswaras Exim is located at 11 Venkatesan Street. It’s a fairly old street, and our building has been here for a long time, maybe longer than I’ve been alive. We handle the exchange of goods, both import and export, for various clients. It’s a lot of responsibility because things can go wrong easily if you aren't paying attention to the details. I usually start my day by checking the new regulations or any changes in the shipping routes that might affect us. The office isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how much stock we keep on hand at any one time. Venkatesan Street is usually busy with shoppers and other small shops, so there’s a lot of energy around the place. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near the door, so I just take the bus or walk from a few blocks away. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. My desk is right by the window, so I get to see people passing by all day while I work on the paperwork. We use a lot of local couriers to get our smaller packages moved around the city. It’s a system that’s worked for us for years now. We don't really do much in terms of marketing; most people find us by word of mouth.
