Our eye clinic and boutique is situated on Krishnapuram Street in Choolaimedu. If you know where the Choolaimedu police station is, we are just near that. The address is Old No 51, New No 19. It is a bit of an old building but it works for us. We have been here for a good while now, helping people with their glasses and checking their eyes. It gets noisy outside sometimes because the street is quite busy. Inside, we have a variety of frames and the equipment needed for exams. It is not a huge place, so things can feel a bit tight when there are several families waiting at once. We usually have a lot of local folks coming in from around the neighborhood. It is nice seeing familiar faces year after year. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic makes it hard for people to park, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We do not spend much on big ads or flashy signs. Most people hear about us from their friends or family who live nearby. We just focus on getting the prescriptions right and making sure the glasses fit okay. It is a practical shop, nothing too fancy, just honest work done by people who live and work right here in Choolaimedu. We keep the shop open late most days to make sure people can stop by after their work shifts are done.
