Sri Rajarajeswari Associates

Our place, Sri Rajarajeswari Associates, is inside Vinayaga Flats, specifically at F-6 on the 22nd block. If you’re coming towards Keelkattalai, we’re right near the bus stand. It’s a handy spot because of the transport, but it can get quite noisy with the buses pulling in and out all day. The flat isn't huge. We use the front room as our main workspace and the kitchen mostly just stores our lunch boxes and the kettle. Being in Karthikeyapuram means we see a lot of the same faces every day. There’s a lot of traffic nearby so we usually hear the honking through the windows. It’s a lived-in space. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the fan in the corner makes a clicking sound if you put it on high. We’re used to it though. Most days involve a lot of coordination and keeping track of things on our ledgers. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one by the door so people don't get lost in the corridor. It’s a practical setup for us. We’ve been in Madipakkam for some time now and like the convenience of having shops just a short walk away. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make room for visitors. It’s not a corporate showroom, just a functional office where we get our daily tasks out of the way.
