Our place is at 68 Moore Street, right in the middle of the Parry area. It’s a pretty old part of town with a lot of history in the buildings. We focus on communication stuff, which these days means a lot of phones, cables, and internet setups. The shop is small and the shelves are usually packed with routers and spare wires. It can be a bit cramped when a few customers come in at once, but we manage. We aren't a big chain with uniforms and scripted greetings. We just talk to people like normal people. If your phone isn't working or your connection is down, we look at it and try to find the problem. Sometimes it’s an easy fix and other times we have to spend hours digging into it. Moore Street is always moving, so there is plenty of energy around us. We’ve been here long enough that we don't really need a map to find our way around the back alleys to run a cable. We just do our best to keep everyone connected without making a big fuss about it. It’s a lot of technical work but we try to explain it in a way that makes sense. We’re just local guys doing a job. We don't mind the long hours much. It's better than sitting around doing nothing at home.
