Sri Kamakshi Controls & Systems

Our place is located at No. 90, A2, in Chiranjeevi Tower. That’s right on Medavakkam Main Road in the Keelkattali area. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and buses outside. Sri Kamakshi Controls & Systems is the name we have on the door. We work on electrical control panels and systems for different kinds of projects. The office is in unit A2 and it’s a simple, functional space. We have a few desks where we sit and go over technical drawings and diagrams. Sometimes the office is empty because we are out at a site somewhere, but we are usually here during the day. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of staff. It’s just a small group of us who know what we’re doing. Medavakkam has changed a lot since we first moved into Chiranjeevi Tower, with new buildings going up all the time. We’ve stayed here because it’s a good central spot for us to reach our clients. We know the security guards and the other people who work in the building. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee when we have a long afternoon ahead of us. It’s a steady way to make a living and we’ve been doing it for a long time now. We just take it one day at a time.
