Our place is at 193, New No. 282, on Thambu Chetty Street. If you know the area, you know it's always crowded and full of activity. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. It’s not a fancy corporate setup by any means. We have old desks, plenty of stacks of paper, and a ceiling fan that hums all day. We spend our hours sorting through orders and talking to people who drop by. It gets quite noisy with the traffic outside, but you just get used to it after a few years. We don't have a big marketing department or any slogans. We just focus on what needs to get done before the day is over. Sometimes the tea break is the highlight of the afternoon when the local vendor comes around. We've seen a lot of businesses come and go on this street, but we just keep doing our thing. The office is a bit cluttered, and we might not always have the fastest computers, but we know where everything is. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't make big promises or use complicated words to describe our work. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and handle the tasks as they come. It’s a simple routine, and it works for us. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local business on a busy street.
