Sri Durga Academy Tuition Center

Sri Durga Academy Tuition Center is tucked away on Kasthuri 2Nd Street in Kolathur. We are at No 7, which is very near the Ramar Kovil. It’s a peaceful little spot compared to some of the busier roads in Chennai. We’ve set up the center to be a place where students can just come and focus. There isn't any fancy decor here. We have sturdy tables and chairs, and the walls are mostly covered with charts or notes. We started small and have just kept going because the work is steady. Every day we prepare the rooms for the different batches. It’s a lot of repetition, but that is how things get learned. The walk from the main road isn't too long, so students find it easy to get here. We like being close to the temple; it makes the area feel grounded. Sometimes it gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around. We just want to be a reliable spot where the neighborhood kids can get their studies done. It is a simple life running a center like this. You get to know the families and the students quite well over the years. We keep the doors open and the lights on until the last student leaves. It is a very normal, local routine that we have followed for years.
