Our shop is at 13-A, Venkatachala Mudali Street. It’s an old part of the city, and the street is usually packed with people, carts, and scooters. We’ve been operating out of this same building for a very long time. Sri Bhuvaneshwari & Co. is a small family business that’s been passed down through the years. We deal in various types of trade and supplies, mostly serving the local shops and contractors in the area. Our office doesn't have any modern decor. It’s filled with wooden shelves, old registers, and the smell of paper. We prefer doing things face to face rather than over the computer. When a customer walks in, they usually know exactly who they’re looking for. We don't have a big staff, just a few loyal people who have been with us for decades. The mornings are always the busiest time for us, with goods being moved in and out of the narrow doorway. It can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic on Venkatachala Mudali Street, but we’ve learned how to manage it. We don't do any advertising or promotional events. Our reputation in the neighborhood is what keeps us going. It’s a quiet, steady kind of life. We open the doors early, chat with the neighbors, and handle whatever business comes our way until it’s time to close up. There is a sense of history in these walls that we really appreciate.
