You can find Sravan Corrugaters Pvt. Ltd. at No. 472 in the North Phase of the Sidco Industrial Estate. We are right across the street from Standard Chemicals, which is a big landmark around here. Our main work is on the 1st Cross Main Road. It’s a loud place because of all the machinery running to make the corrugated sheets and boxes. The smell of paper and glue is something you just get used to after your first week on the job. We have stacks of brown cardboard reaching almost to the ceiling most days. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. The floor is usually covered in scraps that we have to sweep up at the end of every shift. We aren’t trying to be anything other than a hardworking factory. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we keep the records, but most of the action happens out on the floor. The trucks pull in and out all day long, picking up bundles to take to different parts of the city. It can be a bit dusty in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We have a good group of people here who have been doing this for a long time. There isn’t much downtime, but we make sure to take our breaks together. It’s just a regular, busy workplace in a busy industrial zone and we are fine with that.
