We've been over here at Thirumurugan Arcade on KK Road for a while now. Security is just one of those things people need around Ambattur and Tambaram, so that's what we do. It’s a busy area, lots going on, and we try to keep things simple for the folks who walk in. Mostly, it’s just us handling the day-to-day work from this office at number 193. It isn't a fancy setup or anything, just a practical place where we keep our files and meet people. We started doing this because we saw a gap in how local security was handled. It’s not about being some big agency you see in movies, it’s more about being there when someone has a concern about their property or a specific situation they’re dealing with. If you know the area, you know where the arcade is. We keep the doors open and try to be helpful. Sometimes it’s quiet, other days the phones don’t stop. We don’t have a big team of suits, just regular people working here who know the streets and the neighborhoods around KK Road pretty well. People come to us for all sorts of reasons, and we just listen and see what can be done. It's straightforward work, really. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to complicate things for our neighbors.
