Spn Telecom Service is based right in the heart of Nungambakkam. We have our shops, numbers 264 and 267, inside the Kaveri Complex on Nungambakkam High Road. If you’ve ever walked through the complex, you know it’s a maze of different businesses. We occupy spaces 96 and 104. It’s a lively place to work. We spend our days dealing with phones, connections, and all sorts of telecom hardware. There’s always someone coming in with a cracked screen or a phone that won't turn on. We don't have a big fancy storefront with bright lights. Instead, our counters are usually piled high with parts and tools. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we have three or four people working at once, but we’re used to it. The high road is always jammed with cars, but being in this complex means we’re right in the middle of everything. We’ve been here long enough that the other shop owners are like family. We don't use any high-tech management systems; we mostly just write things down and keep track of jobs as they come in. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy the pace. There’s something new to fix every hour, and that keeps us on our toes. We just try to do right by the people who walk through our door and get their devices back to them as fast as we can manage.
