Our place is at Flat No. 1A on the first floor of an old building in Chennai. The address is Old No. 67, New No. 20, on Central Street. It is right in the 600010 area. Finding the right door can be a bit tricky because the numbering on this street is a bit confusing for people who are not from around here. We have been in this Chennai office for a while. It is a solid old building with thick walls, which helps keep it cool when the sun is really beating down outside. We do infra work, mostly planning and managing things. The office has a lot of shelves filled with old folders and binders. We are not the type to go paperless because we like having things we can touch. There is a small balcony where we go to get a bit of air when things get hectic. Central Street is usually pretty lively, so there is always something to look at out the window. We do not have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to open it. We are just a small LLP. We do not have big investor meetings or anything. We just talk about the projects over coffee. It is a bit messy sometimes, with maps and rulers lying around, but we know where everything is. It is a good, honest place to work and we like being in this part of town.
