Our office for Spearhead Sun Global Consultants Llp is tucked away in Ayanavaram. We are in Flat 2C of the Aagash Anugraga Apartment building on 38C Solaiamman Street. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit different from being in a big glass office tower. We like it because it feels more personal. We do a lot of our consulting work from here, talking to people and sorting out their various issues. The space is a bit tight with all our files, but we make it work. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and emails. We don’t really have a big reception area, so when people visit, they usually just sit with us at the main table. It’s informal, which suits the way we operate. Aagash Anugraga Apartment is a familiar spot for people living around here. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Spearhead Sun Global Consultants Llp isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to do a good job. We handle a mix of local and some wider work, but the way we do things is always the same. We take our time to understand what’s needed and then we go from there. It’s honest work and we enjoy the people we meet along the way. Solaiamman Street is usually pretty quiet, which is nice for getting things done. We keep things moving at our own pace.
