Southern Exports

Southern Exports is situated on the 1st floor of No. 176 on Jawaharlal Nehru Street. Being on the first floor means we have to carry things up and down the stairs sometimes, which is a bit of a workout. The street outside is usually busy with people and vehicles, so there is always something to look at out the window. Our office is just a plain space where we handle the export business. We spend a lot of time on the computer and checking through shipping documents. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, and sometimes our eyes get tired by the end of the day. We don't have any fancy signs or a big entrance. It’s just a regular door with our name on it. We've been operating from this street for a while and we like the location. It feels central enough to get things moving. Most of our day is spent communicating with clients and making sure their orders are being processed without too many hitches. We don't use any big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell it like it is. If there is a delay, we say so. If things are on track, we let people know. It’s a very direct way of working. We just do our best to keep the business running smoothly every single day.
