Sobha Developers

We’ve been here at Kumaran Nagar in Rasipuram for a while now. If you head down toward Melkalpalayam, you'll find us at 2/91. It’s a quiet enough spot in Namakkal, mostly just folks going about their day. We started Sobha Developers because there was work to be done and we had the hands to do it. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather gets really hot, but we keep at it. Most of the people around here know where to find us if they need something handled. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where we sit down with a cup of tea and look over plans. We try to keep things straightforward. No one likes a lot of talk that doesn't lead anywhere, so we just focus on the job at hand. My nephew usually helps out with the paperwork while I'm out seeing how things are moving along. Namakkal is a good place for this kind of work. People appreciate it when you show up when you say you will. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that stay standing and make sense for the people living in them. If you’re passing by the Melkalpalayam post office area, you might see our sign. It's nothing big, but it gets the point across. We’ve learned a lot over the years about what works around here and what doesn't.
