We are located at Plot No. 1 on the ground floor of First Cross Street in Jaya Nagar. This is right near the Tambaram Sanatorium in Chennai. Smb Chit Fund Private Limited has been based here for a bit. It’s a convenient spot, especially being on the ground floor. No need to mess around with elevators or lots of stairs. Jaya Nagar is a decent neighborhood. We see people going about their business every day. Our office is just a regular room with some desks and filing cabinets. We don't have any fancy decor or expensive art on the walls. It’s a place where we sit and manage the chit fund records. Chennai-600047 is our little corner of the world. Smb Chit Fund Private Limited is run by a few of us who know the area well. It gets a bit crowded during the peak hours, but that's just Chennai for you. We don't spend money on big advertisements. People usually find out about us from their neighbors or by walking past the sign on First Cross Street. We just keep things moving, one day at a time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do.
