Site Manager

I operate as Site Manager out of Ziony Paradaise, located at 4/6 Alex Nagar Main Road in Madhavaram, Chennai. It’s right near the MMC post. This is a residential area and I’ve been managing things here for a while. My daily routine involves checking on the maintenance and making sure the site is running smoothly for everyone. Chennai can get really hot and humid, so we have to manage the outdoor work carefully. I don't have a big fancy office. I usually just have a small desk where I keep the registers and the keys. Most of my day is spent walking around the property, talking to the residents, or supervising the cleaning and repair staff. It’s a hands-on job. If a pipe leaks or a light goes out in the common area, I’m the one who gets the call. I’ve lived in this part of Chennai for years, so I know all the local plumbers and electricians by name. We don't do a lot of marketing or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the place in good shape. It’s a practical, everyday job. Sometimes there are disagreements or things break at the worst time, but we just deal with them as they come. It’s a community here and I just do my part to keep it going. Managing a place like Ziony Paradaise means you have to be ready for anything, but it’s satisfying to see everything working like it should at the end of the day.
