Our office is situated at No. 95 on Othavadai Street in Kodambakkam. If you’ve ever walked down this street, you know it’s a typical Chennai neighborhood with a lot of character and a fair amount of noise. We’ve been here in Tamilnadu for a long time, and this specific spot has been our home base for many years. Logistics is a bit of a grind, to be honest. It’s all about schedules, truck drivers, and boxes that need to be somewhere else. We don’t have a fancy lobby with air conditioning that works all the time. Instead, we have desks covered in papers and maps of the city pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, often yelling a bit just to be heard over the street noise outside. It’s a busy place and we don’t really have time for corporate polish or shiny slogans. We just focus on getting the cargo where it’s supposed to go. Sometimes the traffic on Othavadai Street makes it hard for even a small vehicle to get through, so we’ve learned to be patient. Our staff is a bunch of regular people who have been doing this for a while. We don't make big claims about being the best or anything. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That’s the reality of the logistics business here in Kodambakkam.
