Shree Constructions Chennai Pvt Ltd

We’ve been running Shree Constructions Chennai Pvt Ltd from our spot on Trust Puram 5th Cross Street for a while now. It’s an old building, but it works for us. Being in Kodambakkam means we are right in the middle of things, which helps when we have to go out to sites. We do building work, mostly around the city. It’s usually a lot of paperwork and phone calls in the morning, then checking on materials or workers in the afternoon. Sometimes things get messy with the traffic here, but we manage. It’s just a small group of us working out of the office at Old No 41/1. We started out small and just kept going. Most days are busy, dealing with cement, steel, and laborers. We don't have a fancy setup, just some desks and a lot of maps and blueprints lying around. People know where to find us if they need something built. It’s not always easy work, especially with the heat in Chennai, but it’s what we know how to do. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done. If someone stops by the office, they’ll probably see us arguing over a drawing or talking to a supplier. That’s just how it is here. We focus on the actual building part rather than talking about it too much. It's a steady life with its own set of daily challenges. We often share tea from the stall around the corner while discussing project timelines. It's not a glitzy life, but it's ours.
