We’re over on West Karikalan Street in Adambakkam. Our office is at New No.10, which used to be Old No.19—addressing in this city can be a bit confusing sometimes, but we’ve been here long enough that it makes sense to us. Adambakkam is a tight-knit area, and we like being a part of it. We focus on local properties, mostly helping people buy or sell their homes nearby. It’s a small team here. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of staff in uniforms. It’s just a regular office where we keep our files and meet with clients over a cup of tea. We spend a lot of time walking the streets around West Karikalan to see what’s going on and if any new houses are coming up for sale. Real estate around here moves at its own pace. Some weeks are quiet, and other weeks everyone seems to want to move at once. We just try to stay steady through it all. We know the local schools, the shops, and which streets get a bit flooded when it rains. That kind of local knowledge is what we have. We don't make big promises we can't keep.
