Our office is located at No.3 Alapakkam Main Road in Valasaravakkam. It is a busy stretch of road and we see a lot of people passing by every day. Sharuv Assets Housing (Opc) Private Limited is what we call ourselves, but mostly we are just the folks you see working away behind the desk. It’s a one-person company setup technically, but there is always someone around to help with things. We deal with housing matters and land stuff in the area. The building is not new, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site maps spread out on the table. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. Valasaravakkam has changed a lot lately, with more shops popping up everywhere. We just try to keep up with all the changes in the housing market here. It’s not always easy, especially when the paperwork gets complicated. We don't have a big team or anything, just a focused way of doing things. The office gets a lot of light in the morning which is nice. We have some folders stacked up that need sorting, but that's how it goes in a small business. People stop by to ask about plots or just to say hello. It feels like a part of the community here on Alapakkam Main Road.
