Sembcorp Logistics (India)

Our office is located at 157/28, Siva Flats, on the 20th Main Road in Jayanthi Colony, Anna Nagar West. It's a nice part of Chennai to be in. Sembcorp Logistics (India) is the name we use for our business. We aren't in a big industrial park or a skyscraper; we work out of this residential apartment building. It’s a bit more personal that way. We spend our time managing logistics, which involves a lot of coordination and making sure shipments are moving correctly. Chennai traffic can be really difficult, so we have to stay on top of things to avoid delays for our clients. We don't have any fancy corporate speeches or big marketing budgets. We just focus on the work in front of us. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We sit at our desks, talk to drivers on the phone, and handle the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when things don't go according to plan, but we just figure it out. We’ve been in Anna Nagar West for a long time and we like the neighborhood. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local logistics office trying to do our job well every day. If you come by, you’ll just see a few people working hard to keep everything on schedule. It's just a regular office day for us.
