We are based at Plot No. 32 on 8th Cross in Samraj Nagar, Sembakkam. It’s a decent spot to be. Avid Exports Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this location for a while now. The 8th Cross is usually quiet enough that we can hear ourselves think, which is good when you’re dealing with export documents all day. Sembakkam has grown quite a bit since we first arrived, but our little plot hasn't changed much. We have a routine that works for us. We get in, check what’s pending, and start the process. It’s a lot of coordination with different people to make sure things move from point A to point B. We don’t have a massive warehouse or anything, just our workspace where the real planning happens. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit of a mess, but we’re used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a group that does its job without a lot of fuss. It’s just a few of us here, and we know how each other works. There’s no need for big meetings or corporate talk. We just talk across the desks and get it done. Being at No. 32 feels like home to us now. It’s where we do our daily work, even if it’s just moving paper and organizing shipments. We just keep at it every day.
