Sekkot Engineering Export India Private Limited is based out of No T-125 in the Womens Industrial Park. We are located in the Thirumullaivoyal Kattoor Estate area of Chennai-600062. Being in an industrial park means we are always surrounded by other workshops and small factories. There is always a lot of noise from trucks and machinery, but we’ve grown to like it over the years. It feels like things are actually being made and moved around. Our office is a simple one, tucked into the industrial estate without any big signs. We focus on engineering exports, so there are usually some metal parts or technical drawings lying around the desks. It’s not the kind of office you’d find in a high-rise building in the city center. It’s a bit dusty and loud, and we usually have our sleeves rolled up while we work. We handle the logistics of moving engineering goods to different places across the world. It involves a lot of checking sizes and weights and making sure the crates are strong enough for the journey. Sometimes the heat in the Kattoor Estate gets a bit much, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. We aren't big on marketing ourselves or making big promises. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. The people who work here are mostly locals from around Thirumullaivoyal. We know the security guards and the drivers who come in every day.
