This is our spot for Schwing Stetter India P Ltd down in Chennai, specifically over in Ashok Nagar on Pillayar Kovil Street. We are tucked into the D.S. Apartments building at number 37/22. It is a nice enough area, though parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time of day. We have been working with construction machinery and concrete equipment from this office for a good bit now. Most of our day involves talking to site managers and fixing up schedules for the big pumps and mixers. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to sorting out technical details on the phone. We do not really go for the big flashy signs or polished receptions. It is more about having a desk, a phone, and enough space to manage the local operations. The neighbors around Ashok Nagar are used to us being here by now. We try to keep things moving smoothly because construction schedules in a city like Chennai are always tight and people get stressed if things are late. We just try to be honest about what we can do and when the machines will arrive. It is practical work, nothing too complicated, just making sure the concrete gets poured where it is supposed to go without any big breakdowns or delays that would ruin a workday for everyone.
