Down on Pachaiyappan Street in Jaferkhanpet, you’ll find Sbv Communications at number 86. It’s a busy little stretch of road. Our office is usually filled with the sound of the radio and the hum of a few computers running in the background. We deal with all sorts of communication stuff, mostly fixing lines or setting up new connections for folks in the area. It’s the kind of job where your hands are always a bit dirty from crawling under desks or climbing up poles. Jaferkhanpet is a lively neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our space isn't fancy at all. There’s a stack of old routers in the corner and some spare cables hanging on the wall. We don't spend much on decor because we’d rather spend it on better tools. Most of our day is spent navigating the traffic to get to different sites. It can be frustrating when the rain starts and everything slows down, but that’s just how it goes here. We don't have any big speeches about our values. We just show up, try to find where the signal is dropping, and get it back up and running. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes. We know our customers by name and they know where to find us if something goes wrong again. It’s a simple life.
