We are based at 1943, which is also New No. 78, on 18th Main Road in Anna Nagar West. It is a residential-turned-commercial kind of area, so it is a bit quieter than the main markets, which we appreciate. We focus on exports, which means our daily life revolves around containers, shipping schedules, and international time zones. The office is a simple place with a few computers and shelves full of folders from different years. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so there is a real local feel to the way we do things. We spend a lot of time communicating with people overseas, making sure that everything we send out meets their requirements. It involves a lot of double-checking and sometimes staying late when the time difference makes it necessary. Anna Nagar West is a nice part of the city to work in, and we like the trees on the 18th Main Road. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we’re just a small team trying to move goods from one part of the world to another. The kitchen always has a pot of tea going, and we usually take a lunch break together to talk about things other than work. It is a steady, honest business, and we have been at it for a while now without making too much noise about it. We just keep moving forward one shipment at a time.
