Sassak International Exim Private Limited is based out of Injambakkam in Chennai. You can find us at 2/250 C on 1st Street in Hanuman Colony. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but we like it here. The air is a little different being closer to the coast. We deal with export and import tasks, mostly handling the backend stuff that people don't usually see. It’s a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers. The office is pretty simple, just enough room for our desks and a place to keep the records. We’ve had to learn a lot as we went along, especially with how customs rules seem to change every other month. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us making sure the shipments aren't delayed. Sometimes the rain here in Chennai slows things down, but we try to plan around that. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office because it doesn't help get the work done. Our days are mostly filled with phone calls to the port and checking on transport schedules. It’s practical work. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors in the colony know us well. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, without any big fuss or complicated plans. It's a steady life.
